MOMENT

A Polaroid photograph has the unique ability to capture a moment and instantly produce a physical record of it. Yet, at the very moment we possess the picture, we are holding onto a past that no longer exists. The photograph becomes a "note in memory," an artifact that only emphasizes the distance between us and the departed moment.
